I was intrigued by a link on Justin Taylor’s blog, Between Two Worlds, this morning to a lecture Billy Graham gave at Harvard University in 1962 on “Evangelism and the Intellectual” (You can download the Real Media files for the lecture: lPart 1 of the Lecture, Part 2 of the Lecture).
In the post, Billy Graham at Harvard: 47 Years Ago, Taylor comments that it is remarkable to hear:
the 43-year-old evangelist quoting contemporary psychologists and playrights and philosophers as he seeks to explain sin, atonement, conversion, and meaning to an audience of skeptics.
I am looking forward to listening to these as I embark on a long road trip this weekend.
