Little List of Links: March 2011

by Anna Blanch on March 3, 2011

I’ve been the editor of Transpositions Regular Tidbits post which offers a roundup of Theology and the Arts links from around the webs and the non-interwebz for a few months now. I wanted to share some of the links included in a bumper tidbits post on Art and Artists along with some other places online i’ve been finding inspiring.

On Art
Here is a link to a short documentary on Fujimura’s exhibition, “The Four Holy Gospels.” Makoto Fujimura – The Art of “The Four Holy Gospels” from Crossway on Vimeo. There’s also this interview with Fujimura by CrossWay’s editor and blogger, Justin Taylor, or this interview with Tim Challies.

A recent project released from Google may prove to be of much interest to you – http://www.googleartproject.com/ enables you to explore some of the world’s best museums! There really isn’t anything like walking through Centre Pompedieu or MOMA, but this is a way if you’d like a glimpse.

Inspiring Places and People

Ashley English’s Small Measure.

The well written, humorous and fun diy house books – YoungHouseLove

Photography from Gillian Gamble, especially the amazing levitation shots she’s been pulling off!

My own inspiration board for an upcoming (postponed due to weather) shoot:
