QR? This isn’t an episode of Dallas.

by Anna Blanch on August 6, 2011

I don’t know who shot JR…

but I do know a little more about QR codes.

Although I just realised that the sub section of people who both know what the JR I’m talking about and who have a clue what to with QR Codes is going to be very very very slim. Let’s just pretend I’m channelling Sherry from YoungHouseLove, or ThePioneerWoman herself and I can totally get away with the utter randomness of this post. Seriously, they both makes this kind of randomness seem like the new black. The gals rock is what i’m trying to say.

Anywho….

What were talking about?

QR Codes.

I’m experimenting….

Here is one that is slightly predictable:

Just  my way of showing you another way to tell me what you’re thinking!

Here’s a special extra one just for those of you are still with me….

So? Are You gonna tell me that you one of the 1% of the pop. who’s with me on both the JR and QR sides of this post? or are you going to answer my question? 😉

It appears I am in that 1 percent. I know JR (well as much as one CAN) and I’m familiar with the code sigs. Either one is fine. Just like that they are colorful as opposed to the typical dark gray. And the randomnish? Totally get that. I am nothing if not random. Ttfn.

Glad to know there's at least a few of us geek girls with at least a passing knowledge of bad 80's television! I never watched Dallas mind you….i don't think it was on a channel we could watch! Being able to use other colours certainly appealed to me – i tend to find the black and white ones a little too Terminator and institutional and not enough Jetson's! I'm not sure how easy they would be to read if i put them on stickers or a t-shirt…which i totally thinking about doing! 😉 What colour would make a QR code? and what would it say?

I’m too young to have watched it – but old enough to know of it – so does that put me in thee 1% or not? 🙂

you count Ally! otherwise, neither would I. That's the best bit of writing your own stats…you get to determine the parameters by which they are calculated.
