Overland to Oz: a little experiment

by Anna Blanch on October 1, 2011

This trip is going to be a bunch of firsts. There’ll be lots of details to share, questions to ask and advice to solicit!
If you don’t know what “trip” i’m talking about take a look here. I shared a bunch of maps last Saturday too.

So I have a little announcement and I thought it appropriate to do this via video.

Okay so the sound is not great on this first attempt at me in front of the camera for a video sharing that, well, you’ll have to watch the video and see, won’t you?

You can probably tell that I haven’t done much in front of a camera. I even have crazy eyes at one point! But hey, with a bit of a learning curve, I managed to capture, edit, compress, upload and embed the video. I’m kind of proud of that! I’ll probably laugh at this once I learn how to do things! Actually, I’m already laughing at it…

Did i mention the sound is pretty quiet, so turn up those speakers!

Listening. Observing. Participating. Writing. Photographing. Reflecting.
