Flying across the USA on the 4th July
On July 4th 2012, I flew across the USA in a 1967 Piper Commanche piloted by my friend, K. We began in California and ended up in Michigan.
It was quite the adventure.
In the days following, I wrote a series of posts reflecting on the journey:
The Freedom of Flight; or the beginning of a grand adventure
The Natural Wonders of the South Western USA
It’s not all mountains in Colorado
C’mon back Jesus And Pick Up John Wayne On The Way
