Flying across the USA on the 4th July
On July 4th 2012, I flew across the USA in a 1967 Piper Commanche piloted by my friend, K. We began in California and ended up in Michigan.
It was quite the adventure.
In the days following, I wrote a series of posts reflecting on the journey:
Listening. Observing. Participating. Writing. Photographing. Reflecting.
Traveller. Scholar. Photographer. Writer. Dreamer. Teacher. Anna Blanch is founder of Goannatree, and a PhD candidate in the Institute of Theology, Imagination, and the Arts at St Mary’s College, University of St Andrews, Scotland. The summer of 2012 was a nomadic summer for Anna as she edited her Phd and chased the sun after three cold years in Scotland!
